Khabele I M Khabele was born in Tweespruit in 1976-12-26 in the Free State as a Roman Catholic. He started doing art since 1987 after being motivated by Father Frans Claerhout. Khabele went for training and lessons to work free hand and how to mix colours. Khabele's work has been exibited all over in some of the galleries country wide. An influence of Frans Claerhout's art on Khabele's painting was evident both colours and art style, as well as preferred African life style. He was also supported by Frans Claerhout's older student Jhonny Selesho to make clay and wooden sculptures. Although Khabele is still fascinated with charcoal and pastel, brush and paint which had made him well known in South African country. He is now selling land wide while he is working and exploring SA at an old Frans Claerhout Studio and gallery in Tweespruit.
