Michael Albertyn Michael Albertyn was born on 28 November 1938 in Kimberley. He is the great grandson on Otto Landsberg, an internationally acclaimed artist from Germany and the grandson on HO Jeppe, a pioneer in the diamond and gold industry in South Africa who was also a gifted artist. He studied art under well-known artists such as Victor Visser, WH Coetzer, and later at the Stellenbosch University. He presently resides with his family in the Cape Province in South Africa.
